Luna handled my sessions with great professionalism. During my first visit, I got a haircut but it was not as I expected. She has so nice vibe and proficient, professional skills and explained about my hair styles to make it better so it's the best experience in Vancouver area ever. Luna was very detailed and friendly. She asked for the hairstyle I wanted, and even styled my hair at the end. I was a little bit late to the appointment, but she took extra time past 1 hour to help finish my haircut and styling.

I got a haircut with Sungho and I would highly recommend it. He was patient and really good at styling my hair. I didn't really have any requirements for my hair aside from the curtain bangs, but he managed to cut my hair beautifully. Sungho gave me a lot of tips on what I can regularly do to style my hair. He had difficulty with English, however that never stopped him from communicating with me, whether that was through a coworker or Google translate. I would highly recommend Sungho, his patience, kindness and his skill at his trade really shines through

Explained everything in detail and what would be necessary for me to receive the red colour I wanted! Lucy and forgive me, wasnt able to get the other stylist/colourists name, were fantastic! Also were helpful in giving me the haircut I wanted and what modifications needed to be done since I had an undercut.

Went in for the 1st hair cut since my wife had a great experience. Needless to say, I am fully contend with my end result. Sharp, neat and tailored-to-request haircut that's a topnotch in Vancouver. I've been to a couple shops before but this one came top of the list. I will be visiting this for my future haircuts from now on.
