I had a very pleasant experience at Tou’s. Hollie was very friendly. She listened to what I wanted for my haircut. It was amazing, I was so happy with it. She asked if I wanted it straightened at the end to which I said yes please, as I was a bit hesitant in asking. My only disappointment was when paying, it went up £6 as I wasn’t expecting this, it was apparently a restyle and I didn’t challenge this at the time. I was new to Tou’s and booked a dry cut through the website. I think it’s best to advise the client of a price increase at the start when I told her what I wanted. Otherwise all ok!

After a disappointing past experience, the Colour Room, particularly Shukti, was a refreshing departure. They truly live up to their reputation as curly hair experts, demonstrating a deep understanding of what works and what doesn't. Their gentle handling of my hair was a welcome contrast, and my once dull, lifeless locks were revitalized into bouncy, healthy curls. Highly recommended for excellent curly hair care.

I had a great appointment with Venetia. I was booked in for new guest curly experience. I wasn't sure how much I would gain from this as I have been using the curly method for about 5 years. However Venetia was brilliant she quickly gaged where my knowledge and experience was at and tailored my session to me. She really listened to me and my needs and we had a conversation together. I came away with new information and things to try at home. My cut was amazing and just what I asked for. I will definitely be returning.

Ella was absolutely fantastic with my 5 year old son. He used to go to barbers with his dad and then started refusing to get a haircut. He was excited to come to ‘mummy’s salon’ instead! He loved the royal treatment with his cold drink and a sweet street, all made more fun by Ella’s entertaining chat about Lego and Star Wars! Not to mention, the inspiration for a haircut was a Lego figure and Ella totally delivered! He now only wants to come to the Colour Room 🙂

I was concerned about finding a new hairdresser after several years of haircuts at home. I needn’t have worried. Jess is fantastic. She really listened to me and what I know works for my hair. She offered helpful tips and advice and is clearly very experienced in dealing with curly hair, most hairdressers don’t listen to how curly my hair is and cut it too short or leave it hard for me to manage. I’m so pleased with how my hair looks and I feel confident I will be able to maintain it. She’s done a brilliant job and I will definitely be back ☺️

Great, i like the honesty and advice that natalie gives , ( even though i like straightners and she doesnt 😉 ) liking my haircuts and a shes a unique indiviual...never met a hairdresser like her thats so passionate about hair ✂️💇‍♀️.....2 cuts down and hopefully more to come ....😁

I trust Jess, so came to her with my 2.5yr old for her first proper haircut. Jess is so relaxed, gentle and encouraging, managing to get my little one’s hair cut beautifully. From my own personal experience, she shares advice willingly and warmly and I never feel judged. I’ve been seeing Jess for a long time and have enjoyed where my hair journey has gone with Jess’ expert knowledge and amazing communication. Please don’t go to her otherwise I will find it even harder to get an appointment! 😉

From start to finish this wasn't just a haircut it was an experience and an education. Natalie goes above and beyond to create the look you require, giving sound advice and suggestions. Perhaps because of her 'non-salon' salon setup she is able to create a far more relaxing and personalised environment and give a one on one experience without ever making it feel rushed. The head massage she gives is incredible.

Natalie was friendly without being ott like some hairdressers, she gave me great advice and suggestions and some tips but most of all she gave me a great haircut blow dry and finish and I have booked another app
