The beautician for my buccal massage was amazing. She was knowledgeable and explained the process and how it worked for my comfort. She was honest about the amount of pain I may experience so I knew what to expect. The overall experience was great and the small amount of pain was worth it.

Head spa and massage was good, hair may have needed to been a bit further assessed before starting and detangled before getting wet so was easier to brush through and dry afterwards. Hair didn’t necessarily feel completely “clean” and rinsed afterwards. Otherwise nice experience for a relaxing treat.

Absolutely amazing. Far beyond what I had expected. I was so suprised at how quickly I felt comfortable and how much effort was put in to such a long massage. I also loved the music that was playing. I will definately buy vouchers here for my family or friends in the future.

First time there was good. Go treated well. Though by the end when I was asked to get change and have an after photo. I waited for a few minutes after I got change but no one came in the room. So I just opened the door paid and left. I have bad social anxiety but I didn’t want to ask. This obviously isn’t something bad. They just simply forgot. Thank you though had a lovely time.

One the best massages I’ve had! Aki was attentive and very good at what she does. Highly recommend! In fact, I have already recommended her two friends!

I absolutely loved the vibe of the place and everything was incredibly comfortable. However, for how much you pay I do think that head massages/ overall “hair spa” would be nice if they went on for a little longer. I also had conditioner/ mask applied on my roots which resulted in oily hair and had to rewash my hair that day which wasn’t ideal. The girls and service is lovely, these are just minor things that would make a difference!

Nova was incredible, absolutely would recommend buccal massage for anyone who’s struggling with tight jaw muscles.

I had a buccal massage today with Nova and I have to say that it was by far the best facial massage I've ever had and I have had alot! I suffer from TMJ and jaw pain from clenching. I also have very tight muscles all over my face. Nova got right in to those muscles and you can tell that she knew exactly what she was doing and hit all the right tension spots. I like my massages firm and it is hard to find someone who applies the right amount of pressure. Nova is amazing and I highly recommend her and The Gym to anyone who suffers from jaw pain like myself.

absolutely tranquil facial massage. The products were divine and not over powering perfumed smelling. Joanne has wonderful hands and gives your neck and shoulders some well deserved attention. I also got a hand massage which was overdue working in IT. my dry face came out looking hydrated and brightened, absolutely felt fresh and new. Highly recommend the lymphatic massage as you feel really light afterwards. Inflammation was my issue and I felt much better after this. Absolute must try. You don't know what body freedom is until you try this. Self care must have.
