Booking was tough. Wanted support either via phone or fb and neither were responded to. Pedi and mani were great. But at payment I mentioned that I believed there was a hottub option and she said yes, and lead me to the hottub area. I got ready for a soak and realized it was not hot. Out of order I guess. Again, pleased with my nails but overall, just an ok experience given the rest.

Took my 11 yr old for a bday a present for a facial and 30 min massage. Everything I booked was great. We were in the same room as requested and the lady doing my daughters serviced was gentle made her feel comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

I had a full day of Pampering and I would say overall it was ok. The manicure and pedicure were nice but it could have used more scrubbing on my feet. I did the milk and honey bath and that was disappointing. Unless you are a super tiny person you will not be anywhere near submerged in the water. All the water leaked out of the tub once I was in as there were holes in the tub where the taps used to be. The steam room was nice. Massage was great and facial was pretty good. I was expecting extractions and there were none. I have definitely had better experiences. The girl who helped me was good

Our experience was excellent! The hotel bathroom wasn’t clean and we could hear the water slides during our massage, but this is no fault to the spa

The detox soak, sauna and massage was very relaxing. The water in the bath was a bit too hot so had to add some cold water. Love the local herbs, spice and fruits in the detox soak.

Had the most amazing experience! The milk and honey bath/sauna was an amazing relaxing hour, followed by such a relaxing professional massage! The water for the the tub was hot the whole time and the massage was a perfect way to complete the experience! We will definitely be back for many more treatments!

As always I received the care and attention needed for my pedicure as I am a diabetic. My haircut with highlights made me look alot younger , at least that's what my husband says. I'm so happy with my manicure . It was the first time that I had false nails put on. My own nails just recently were chipped and cracking. So much time was spent making my hands look great. I just love the massage chair...so relaxing . I even had my eyebrows waxed and dyed. It looks like a new me.

I got a haircut and the facial and shampoo massage and it was amazing. The ladies made me feel so relaxed and would definitely come back to try other service!!

Best foot massage ever!

Always great service. It's nice to see their smiling faces. I get lots of compliments on my hair color and highlights. My husband says it makes me look 10 years younger ! They take extra care when they do my pedicure as I have diabetes and it's very important that I do not get any cuts on my skin. The massage feels wonderful on my lower back. All in all every one at Spring take care of me very well.

Had a haircut color with highlights which turned out really well. My husband says it makes me look years younger ! I've been a customer for over a year now and everyone here at the salon looks after me as I also have some mobility issues. The ladies are very careful with my pedicure as I have diabetes and care must be taken so I have no cuts etc. The massage chair felt great as I was getting my feet looked after. The girls sure try to accommodate appointments. All in all a super place to go !

Excellent treatment...massage chair and pedicure feel wonderful...I had a haircut and color to dye my grey hair. Husband says the added highlights make me look more than 10 years younger. Great care was taken with my feet as I am diabetic. This is my 6th visit and I will continue to be their customer.
