This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

Wow. What a great service. I have had many sports massages over the years but none compare. Gee is highly skilled and very knowledgeable in her sector. We ( me and my wife ) had a one hour massage today. It was a great experience and the staff and massage was good from when we entered to when we had a herbal tea at the end. This is my 3rd visit and I can't rate Gigi highly enough. She's extremely knowledgeable about the body and the treatments and massages are very effective to relief long standing conditions and realigning the body. The new premises in Hornchurch are very pleasant and comfortable.
