A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

Chloe T is lovely and gave me the best body scrub and wrap in such a relaxing environment. I wish I’d had this treatment before as it also involved massage and leaves your skin so smooth. I would highly recommend Chloe. She is so nice and highly professional.

Lilly was incredibly skilled, using a blend of gentle pressure, rhythmic stretching, and deep-tissue techniques to reach every muscle. The stretching was thorough, never uncomfortable, and felt as if each limb was guided into deeper relaxation. Was very happy with the hijama treatment and a lovely lady Samina who did a great job and was very friendly. Would say it was a bit on the pricier side with £50 for a premium package that included massage on back and legs and 15 cups hence why it’s a 4 star- but overall it was pretty good and have rebooked
