This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

This is now our new place to have a massage. The whole experience was top quality. Wonderful welcome, clean and tranquil environment, top notch massage (I had Jacki and husband had Emmy), friendly staff and good value for money. Already booked our next massage and I will go by myself too so I can experience some of the other treatments on offer.

As always the massage was really good. It feels as good each time as the first massage. They are so professional, helpful, pleasant and easy to talk to. Makes for a great experience and definitey looking forward to the next session.

I saw Gigi for a sports massage due to pain in my shoulder following slipping on ice. Gigi was excellent, she picked up on old injuries which are still causing me trouble and worked on them. I have been having broken sleep due to pain in my shoulder but after seeing Gigi I had the best night sleep. I will definitely be returning for more treatment. The premises are clean and welcoming. I went there with a migraine that I couldn’t get rid of for 3 days, tried all medications and the pain was still there. My booking was with Jane I had 1hour massage where she focused on my upper back and head and 30 min after the session my headache was gone! That was amazing! I love this place and I m so happy Gigi found these amazing girls to reflect the good service she always offers!
