Delia did a good job on my hydro dermabrasion facial. My skin is smooth and glowing after the treatment. She took what i said before the treatment of what my concerns were and made sure i would get those results. I went in for a back massage as i had tension on my shoulders and Delia took the time working on this area to get those knots out, and i now feel less tensed. The pressure and technique was very good. Delia did a great job on the treatments and she is a great person to have as your therapist as she will take care of you and make sure all your needs are met.

Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! Maria is a highly skilled, highly intuitive massage therapist with a kind, warm and friendly manner, who delivers deep tissue massages which managed to resolve physiological issues I had been dealing with for months. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and I cannot recommend her enough. I also recently experienced the ‘2 by 4’ massage, which combined two complementary treatments delivered at same time by two therapists. It was an extraordinary massage, reiki and energy healing in tandem with acupuncture and gentle physiotherapy - I highly recommend this to everyone!!

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. She helped me to relieve old muscle knots and drain fluids in my body through a mix of trauma release massages and lymphatic drainages. Shifa was amazing. Had a wax first and Swedish massage after. The atmosphere was calming and peaceful. Very clean and airy. The message bed smelt lush🥰 Shifa made me feel absolutely comfortable. I loved the way she asked permission when it came to certain areas when massaging and checked with me if I was comfortable with the pressure. The most amazing massage. I feel absolutely 💯 relaxed. The wax was great. We all know a Hollywood is painful but she took great care and it was quite therapeutic. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Shifa🥰

The environment is so relaxing. Jo spends time asking how you are feeling on the day and tailors your treatment accordingly. I have had both the massage and reflexology and thoroughly recommend. There are lots of nice little individual touches which makes you feel special and pampered for that hour. Perfect!

Such a pleasant experience (3rd occasion). After my third lymphatic drainage massage, I have started to feel the difference. Also, the massages are excellent, just the right amount of 'pressure'. Parminder is a gentle masseur who definitely has the gift.
