Amazing upper body massage today by Gemma, I knew the focus would need to be my shoulders, but not even i realised just how bad they were! Thankfully, Gemma worked her magic, even adding in some cupping (after explaining what it was and why it would hopefully be beneficial to me, and gaining my consent). I'm excited to see how it feels in a couple days when full benefits should be showing, and will be booking again soon! I know there are no quick fixes, but little bits each time with someone wanting to help is a huge bonus! Thank you!!

An amazing 1 hr hot stones massage which I loved and my body needed. I then had some Reiki healing and Lucy unblocked some chakras which has left me feeling rebalanced, refocused and relaxed. Had my first visit to Maddi today. Welcomed in, explained to me what was what and made sure I was comfortable. She has a very nice set up out the way and quiet. I had a hot stone massage to help with my back pain which I explained to her and she took that on board with some advice to help. I would recommend her to those seeking any of the treatments provided. I will be back for sure

I visited lucy today for a hot stone massage and a facial, having not had either treatments for years i was really looking forward to it. Well i was blown away! I can find it hard to relax but lucy was so lovely, calm and professional. The hot stone massage was just amazing. So much more in depth than i imagined and i could really feel the benefits of the stones even before the end of the treatment. The facial again was perfect, i havnt really enjoyed facials before but i found this really made me relax properly! Thabk you so much!!
