I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. Amazing!! My first session with Donna and it won't be my last - lovely welcoming and professional experience! I had a sports massage for a niggly shoulder issue I've had on and off for a while, the session felt almost like a spa treatment, much nicer than the usual clinical settings. I feel a big improvement in my joint already, and will definitely be going back!

I’ve been having Lomi-Lomi with Nat for two years, and it keeps getting better. That Nat is a gentle soul and natural healer is obvious from the start. She exudes empathy, intelligence, and care. A sense of calm envelops me even before I arrive, knowing what a blissful two hours I have to come, and how that feeling will continue throughout the day. I love that no two sessions are the same as Nat uses her intuition to give a healing and spiritual massage that leaves me feeling deeply peaceful. Lomi-Lomi is much more than a massage. If you haven’t tied it yet, I highly recommend that you do.

Had my first massage with Sophie today after asking for a voucher for my birthday. It was amazing. She asked what pressure I wanted and told her the firmer the better and she really went to town. Plenty other places I’ve been before have felt like a tickle in comparison but she really made a difference. I could genuinely feel the knots disappearing from my shoulders. She made a point of asking about what is my dominant side for carrying my baby and seemed to pay extra attention to those areas affected from carrying and feeding a baby. 10/10 massage, would 100% recommend and will be back.

Had a full body aromatherapy massage today and left feeling incredible! Not only was the massage amazing, but Sophie made me feel so comfortable. Always checking pressure was right, worked out some really tough knots and took her time on every bit of the massage leaving me feeling so relaxed. Thoroughly enjoyed my time and will definitely be returning :)

Absolutely beautiful experience, the space Sam has created here and the services she offers are incredible. Donna is an amazing therapist. I am a massage therapist and know what a good therapist looks like and Donna has it in spades! I had a manual lymphatic drainage massage. I had breast cancer 18yrs ago and STILL suffer with lymphoedema! Donna is an expert in this area and I felt the difference immediately…the ‘padding’ of fluid had gone from under my arm. We don’t appreciate enough the work of the lymphatic system until it doesn’t work efficiently following surgery, radiation and reconstruction. This massage is not your traditional massage but it’s an absolute MUST for people like me!!
