Great massage. I had 75 minutes full body. Got to pick my oil before. Perfect treatment room (you can hear the birds singing outside) starts with a brief foot wash then a face & head massage then shoulders, arms, stomach, legs, feet, then onto your back where Kirstyn works her way back from your feet to end with another head massage. I felt super comfortable & listened to by Kirstyn as I'd had trouble with other providers being me being male. Lovely details like the height adjustable massage table & paper towel on the floor to avoid slips when oily. Thank you I'm now super relaxed!

Lovely full body hot stone massage with head massage for this appointment. Very relaxing. April is an expert at finding the knots in my back and working on them until they are gone. I have had significantly less back and shoulder aches and pains since I have had regular massage appointments. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The most beautiful experience with Kirstyn! I treated myself to a hot stone massage and a luxury facial and it was just divine! Kirstyn is so caring and listens to your needs to adapt the treatment to what you want. My aches and pains have literally melted away, and my skin feels so refreshed and glowing. She uses the most beautiful products too, they smell and feel incredible on your skin. I feel blissfully pampered and cannot wait to treat myself to another soon. Very highly recommend!

Had microdermabrasion deluxe facial first time for me, the microdermabrasion side was good my skin feels clean and fresh, best part was afterwards with massage as just what I needed and ice glob massage to my face never had this before was nice a refreshing and cooling. Very relaxing will book another treatment in soon

Another amazing experience with fern. She knows exactly what pressure I like. I had a full body hot stone massage, mini Indian head massage and a dermaplanning facial. Feel very relaxed and fern explained common side effects. By far the best ❤️

Unfortunately, last minute due to personal reasons I realised I was unable to have my massage. But instead of sending me away, Kirstyn was able to give me the loveliest facial I’ve ever had and didn’t seem upset at all with the change. I still left feeling relaxed and my skin looks incredible. Once again another incredible experience. Thankyou.

Another fantastic, effective and informative treatment with Kirk who has been treating my various (largely self-inflicted injuries) for over a year and has consistently got me back to activity with rehabs in place to strengthen and avoid future injury. He’s by far the best physio/rehab professional I’ve come across in Portsmouth/Southsea in the past 20 years . Cannot recommend highly enough (although please don’t use up all his appointments as I want some!)
