Velvet Head spa was a wonderful experience from start to finish! They begin by inspecting your scalp and showing you! Then you get basically a full spa experience! I wasn’t expecting all of the facial and massages worked it, it was bliss! I think I fell asleep and woke up with glowing skin and a super fresh scalp!

It was such a lovely and pleasant experience! We got the Basic Scalp Care and Facial Massage package! They did a scalp exam with the camera before and after so we could see the difference. The products they used were organic and felt great on. They also did a gentle face and neck and head massage as well. Would highly recommend!

We had a party of 5. We’ve seen videos of places like this establishment, nothing could prepare us for our visit. We all agreed that this wonderful establishment exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the consultation, our questions being answered, and throughout our massages were unimaginable. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be back!

I had a great first time experience. I had the 25 mins shoulder, neck, and back massage and head shampooed.The treatment was very refreshing but felt cold at times. Wish the room would be more heated. The stuff were very friendly.They even blowed dry my hair with Dyson. My hair felt lighter and cleaner too. I did sure go back to them!

This was my first time getting a head and hair massage, and I enjoyed the cozy and relaxing treatment! (So much that I almost fell asleep.) Sam was a great masseur who provided quality care and knowledge in making sure my scalp was thoroughly cleansed. I would highly recommend this service!

We were asked to arrive earlier than our original appt (230pm instead of 3pm), which we had, but we sat around for a while before they were ready for us. My aesthetician was Jennifer, she was great. I felt she did a very thorough job with both the hair therapy and facial massage. My sister worked with a Courtney (?). She felt it was a bit rushed, but otherwise had a good experience. We realized after we left that neither of us had a post therapy hair analysis, which was mentioned in the beginning as something that would have been done. Overall, it was still a good experience.

I mentioned in the beginning I had bad dandruff on the back of my head. In my appointment, Susie really targeted the dandruff spot with scrub and other ointments. I appreciated that so much!! My scalp feels so clean and I’ll definitely be coming back

This place is absolutely fabulous for relaxation and unwinding. I particularly appreciate the consultations before and after the treatment to demonstrate the buildup removed. The massage, facial, and scalp care were all top-notch, and the finishing blow dry was simply perfect. My hair and scalp feel incredible, and I'll definitely be booking another appointment. I do wish they had a location closer to me though—perhaps in Walnut Creek or Danville. Thank you for the amazing service!

The service was pretty good and I came out of the experience feeling cleaner and relaxed! However, while gettin the deep scalp treatment it would have helped if I was given a very brief step by step run-through- so I would have known what to expect since it was my first time getting this treatment ever. It was a little awkward to have my scalp wet for the entire 40-ish minutes while the rest of my body (inlcuding my face) remained dry. The massage was relaxing and 3 days after the treatment, my hair seems light and healthy.

I had an incredible experience with Benny as my masseuse. The 30 minute upper body massage was so nice, and the experience became even better with the head spa and facial. I definitely will recommend this place to all of my friends and family, and I will definitely be back! I plan on bringing my mom later this year!

This was a Mother’s Day treat from my husband. Honestly , the best spa treatment because I feel it hit my current needs - massage, a facial and a clean head of hair! Tyra (?) carefully cared for my hair, head, shoulders, neck… it was awesome awesome awesome! In and out in an hour then pick up my son from school from this super convenient location!
