I was quite anxious before the procedure but I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Enrica was incredibly knowledgable and I learnt a lot about the issues I was having and how to best concur them. Would highly recommend!!

Shorter than expected (timer started before we had gotten into the sauna) so by the time we had gotten ready the timer was at a little under 40 mins when allocated slot was 45. Apart from that, everything was wonderful and staff really lovely

As this was my 1st time trying a colonic I was very anxious, however I was made to feel very comfortable straight away and the clinic was lovely and very clean. I have been back for a 2nd treatment and my bloating and pain has reduced significantly.

Wow what an amazing experience I had in the pod today! Thankyou so much to Allison for taking the time to explain all about Infrared saunas- It’s really opened my eyes to the benefits of Infrared saunas and will 100% be trying again.

I have been attending for years. I always feel lighter after a session. The Infra Red Sauna is also good.

Fabulous experience, great facility and great service. The infrared saunas are excellent. I found the zen-like environment conducive to switching-off for 30 minutes, which added another dimension to the heat. This is an evidence based biohack that everyone should try.

The SweatLounge infrared treatment was very good. The site was clean and the staff friendly and the pricing feasible. The owner was there and also very welcoming. The treatment itself was very easy and comfortable. I was able to put my things in easy reach (glasses, phone, earphones). I will certainly return for more treatments in the future!

I had my first infrared pod treatment today. I felt great afterwards, and found I had a lot more energy. Didn't get my usual early evening slump. A positive experience

Really great experience. Totally different to the normal sauna with hot stones, you can breathe easy, no scalding air, and yet…sweating profusely…felt really good for hours afterwards.

I would highly recommend visiting Enrida, it was my first time trying Colin Hydrotherapy and it is truly life changing. I feel a million times better and I was given a breakdown on my lifestyle and health choices that have definitely contributed to the symptoms I was having. If you value your health and need a TLC I would recommend you book yourself in.
