Just went there for my facial this morning. Once I step in, a very warm greeting to check in for my appointment. As I was the first time customer, they will ask in details in regards to my medical background and concern for my face . No hard selling at all during the treatment and also let me know step by step of what kind of procedures that they are doing. Will definitely go back to do other treatments in near future and also bring more friends to their clinic .

I took my mother in to get a Radiant Glow facial by Luby. My mother is in her 70s and was extremely happy with the service. It's been a couple of days now, and she feels her skin is fresh, smooth, and very soft. I received an IPL treatment, spot treatment, extraction, and facial tools from Olivia. All the services were exceptionally well done, and I can already see the improvement. I will definitely be going back for more treatments. Katrina is so careful and gentle, amongst her many beautiful and amazing traits, she is patient and most professional. She had to take extra care for my 15y/o daughter as she has a bit of anxiety and Katrina knew how to calm and motivate her until the treatment (hair removal) was over. Harman has been great! I have had a total of 18 laser hair removal appointments with her within the last year. During each session she took her time to make sure everything was comfortable and checked in with me if I was uncomfortable during the treatment. She kept track of my hair growth and catered the treatment accordingly. If you are thinking of getting laser hair removal, I would definitely recommend going to Liveo.

Great! I love this place. 1. their pedicure tubs cool off super fast 2. I wish they did not start their tips at 30% it’s not that the techs don’t deserve high tips it just sets an unrealistic expectation and you feel bad if you tip lower
