First time getting a Hifu facial. Great experience my main concern was fine lines and looking for a treatment to help tighten my ski but didnt want to go down the botox route. I took advantage of a free 20 minute consultation with Michelle. She was very knowledegable took time chatting to me about my options and I felt confident on my decision. Michelle talked me through each step of my treatment. I was made to feel very relaxed and welcomed during my visit by both Michelle and Annemarie. I went to Laura because my skin was feeling dry and dull. I’m also not getting any younger So few lines have appeared, Laura abused laser treatment, I had cleanse and peel first then the laser, infra red light and then Laura mask. I left with my skin feeling so much smoother, I can’t wait to see the results in next few days and have already booked in for it again. Laura is so warm and welcoming, makes you feel at ease.

This an amazing place. The staff are amazing from start to finish. At first I had booked in for a treatment that wasn't going to give me what I wanted. After discussion I came away to have a think about the advice I was given, with no issue. My treatment is exactly what I wanted. Coached through every bit of my anxiety. Absolutely love coming to see Heather. The clinic is beautiful and welcoming. Heather is extremely experienced and educated in her fields and it’s always a pleasure to hear the exciting things she’s doing. Always super happy with my Botox. If your feeling nervous about treatments I highly recommend this being the clinic you visit.

I was very apprehensive about getting laser treatment especially in intimate areas. Melissa made me feel at ease and like she said would happen, I have added more areas onto my treatment going forward. Very professional staff in a lovely salon.

Dr Heather Muir is a leading expert in the field of medical aesthetics, her professionalism and expertise is outstanding. She is also conscientious and unequivocal in her approach to dealing with her patients. My experience is that all treatments are tailored towards the individual and she takes her time to listen to you before devising a plan of action. Dr Heather is absolute genius and I would not let anyone else touch my face.
