Always have a great experience at Ruchie and wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel relaxed and comfortable having my hair extensions/colour and it's done to a very high standard as I never have any problems. The thing I really love is just how friendly Michael and Lauren are, they make you feel like friends rather than clients. Have to say, the coffee is 5* too and you can even have a cocktail if you fancy it.

I am over the moon with my hair since Michaela done it! I went to her after going somewhere else previously and was left with awful hair, Michaela had a huuuge correction job but oh my god she is amazing! I absolutely love my hair and can’t thank Michaela enough, I finally have hair I’m proud to wear down and not hide it away! Thank you so so much! Will never be going anywhere else ever again!

My first time to the salon. Was greeted warmly and met my stylist who talked me through my options fully as I wanted a restyle really pleased with the outcome and will definitely be back and will highly recommend. I only wish there was guaranteed parking so I could take my mum there. She would love it.

Just had my first ever keratin treatment with Michael. I am beyond happy with my hair! I’ve never had such smooth, frizz free hair! It’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for my hair, no more frizz and so much easier to manage. It is worth every penny!! Once again Michael has worked his magic. The best in the business!!! I’ve been coming to Michael for 4 years now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, he is excellent and always gets the results you ask for. The salon is beautiful, professional yet personable. The added treatment to the hair wash really shows that they care about their clients. Lovely coffee and biscuits too!

I attended Saturday after rescheduling my keratin appointment due to sickness earlier this month and was taken good care of by the salon owner Jo. I have today since washed my hair for the 1st time post treatment and what a breeze it was to blowdry. I have had so many compliments from family members, friends and work colleagues thank you so much Jo for your hard work and company. I still to this day don’t know who was more excited for the appointment Jo, Sophie my usual stylist or myself. I would 100% recommend this treatment it’s a life changer for all the frizzy curly haired girls out there.

Michaela got me in last minute for a consultation which was fab, discussed what I wanted done, did my test patch and back out within 15mins. Was so easy to get booked in for for up coming treatment too. 😊

I decided to use Gloss Hair Lounge after seeing all the positive comments about this Salon, Michaela listened to what I wanted and she certainly delivered. My hair looks and feels amazing, she even talked me through every step of the process and took her time, I didn’t feel that my treatment was rushed and could see that Michaela was very passionate on what she does. I was also told what products and how to maintain and look after my hair when for when I was home. I have fell back in love with my hair, thank you Michaela!
