The treatment part was good but afterwards there was confusion over whether my treatment should come with champagne and truffles. I was told I could leave by the receptionist so I went and found the therapist who was trying to sort out what should happen. They didn't have any mini bottles so I was given a glass instead. Seemed as if they didn't actually know what the treatments should involve.

I booked a spa treatment and afternoon tea for my self and my brother, who is visually impaired. This is his first time in a spa. Everyone was so helpful, especially Kayleigh who greeted us with a very warm welcome , and was extremely pleasant. The service in the Brasserie was also extremely good , great customer service and great cocktails afterwards. We will definitely both be returning,

A gorgeous facial and back massage by Sorcha and a glass of bubbles and box of delicious chocolates after which was such a bonus as it was part of the treatment I had booked. Felt so chilled .

Simply wonderful, the staff were very professional and warming. We asked for a pot of tea after our treatments and was given a space in the bubble lounge to enjoy this. The facials were fantastic. I had previously told them that I have sensitive skink to perfumed products and she talked be through the products she was using on me today Reassuring me that there was no perfumed products.

Really good service and treatment in the spa. Lovely meal at the brasserie although it was a 50 minute wait for my lunch. They did apologise though and said they were very busy.

A very relaxing treatment. Lovely products used and was very enjoyable and peaceful. Thankyou I've never had an Indian head massage before, I was expecting a more vigorous experience on my scalp but I did enjoy it.

The changing area is too small for the amount of people using the spa, no electric sockets for people who wish to straighten hair etc. Afternoon tea scones were dry, tea in the pot was lukewarm. I had the spa, 2 treatments and the afternoon tea gifted to me as a 40th birthday present, sad to say a bit of a let down really as my two friends also joined me for the afternoon tea.

The lunch was lovely and the outside spa area was great. It was nice having an indoor pool although slightly disappointing only 6 loungers are available. With around 30 people in the spa, there was nowhere to chill and relax. The spa massage treatment was good and felt refreshed afterwards. One area in need of refurbishment is the gents changing room. The toilet is out of order meaning a walk through 2 corridors and directly through the reception area to the next available (wearing trunks/ robe and wet). The changing room is tired (flooring, showers and shower cubicles) and let's it down.

We had so much fun. It was peaceful clean and well maintained in the spa and the treatments our group recieved where absolutely amazing! The staff in the restraunt and spa where all equally attentive and welcoming. Accommodating all our requests. Thanks for having us we can't wait to come back

Staff friendly and helpful. Bar area pleasant. Beauty/massage treatment rooms and relaxing area appeared clean? and were tidy.Unfortunately the spa areas are in need of a deep clean! Inside the swimming pool there was a fair amount of silt at the bottom including a discarded sticking plaster. Around the pool there were clumps of hair and in corners behind the longer beds built up dirt/grime and cobwebs which would suggest that the whole floor area isn’t sprayed down/treated/disinfected each night! The water in cooler was tepid not nice and cool. Ladies changing rooms dirty and decor tired.

The receptionist was very welcoming and professional, I felt comfortable and cared for. The treatment by Natalie was fantastic it really helped my aching muscles and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated The Spa team are a credit to the hotel and I very much look forward to returning in the future

A lovely relaxing time in the pool, saunas, steam room, jacuzzi and hot tub. Excellent facial treatments for myself and my husband. Changing rooms and surrounds clean and tidy. Then went on to a fabulous and delicious lunch in The Brasserie with very good service. All staff throughout were welcoming, professional and efficient.

Enjoyed the visit. Victoria a lovely therapist.Staff very friendly. Would have liked the towels in the treatment room to have been fluffy, they were scratchy. Also showers were tepid at best.
