The experience was amazing, however, the guy drying my hair didn’t seem to care much about what he was doing, the hair dryer was so close to my scalp it felt like it was burning, kept blowing the dryer in my ears and face while looking out the window. Also the hair brush that was used on another client was used on me without being cleaned. Apart from that, the massage and hair treatments were fantastic.

This is my 3rd visit I always book the deluxe head spa. When it comes to something relaxing, refreshing, this hits the spot. My favourite part is the scalp treatment and head massage and everything else is just an awesome extra! The price is amazing for what the service entails. 🙂

Amazing head spa, the basin isn’t your typical salon basin it’s a massage bed with a head rest, this makes it super relaxing and comfortable. They really give a great head massage even when shampooing they scrub every part thoroughly. I really loved how when the treatment was on they steam your hair. All this accompanied by a hot stone hot towel combo a neck and shoulder massage. My favourite was the halo water rinse at the end. Very relaxing experience I almost feel asleep. After this I had a towel rap and waited a couple minutes for my blowout which was fantastic. They really did nail it

I enjoyed my Hair Spa treatment. The price for the amount of treatments done is great, I hope to visit again and with some friends very soon! The massage, hair wash and facial was relaxing. The scalp massage and treatment was quite intense, a softer touch on the scalp would’ve been ideal otherwise I loved the experience completely. Thank you!

Excellent hair experience with Hannah, I am transformed. She was very professional and dedicated to providing an excellent result with treatments, advice and a really good tea!

This was one of the best hair experiences I've had. Hannah was attentive and professional throughout our appointment. She shared her knowledge and the different options throughout, allowing me to choose the outcome I wanted. She also took time to walk through the treatments and products most suited to my hair. The salon itself is a beautiful and calm environment. I left extremely happy with the colour and cut of my hair and will be returning again in the future. Thank you Hannah

I had booked a Keratin appointment for 3:30pm but had to wait until 4:15 just to get started. What is the point of making a booking if we still need to wait for 45mins like a walkin. The whole procedure took 4 hours due to delays which is ridiculously long. Other than that, the woman who did my Keratin was good.
