Ania is one of the nicest people in the industry and probably one of the best clinics I have been too. The ladies are very friendly, knowledgeable and will make you feel so comfortable during any treatments. They are also very accommodating and helpful in many ways. I have received a facial treatment as well as going through laser hair removal and have had 2 sessions so far and am very satisfied on how the treatments are going. Looking forward to the other treatments being offered.

Fiona has been colouring my hair for over 3 years now and she has expertly guided me through all of my phases (blond balayage, natural hair colour with management of roots, and now grey-blending). I highly recommend her! Also, the salon is newly renovated and bright and the Olenza team is friendly and welcoming, which makes for an overall great experience.

Beauty Wax Room has been my go to for waxing/laser hair removal for over 10 years. Karla is wonderful; always a pleasure and super professional. I am happy to hear that she will be adding a lot more services soon.

Great staff, service and atmosphere! Highly recommend BWR to fellow man who use waxing to maintain their body hair. Waxing can be a tricky and somewhat painful experience but the staff at BWR make it easy and as comfortable as possible.
