Harman has been great! I have had a total of 18 laser hair removal appointments with her within the last year. During each session she took her time to make sure everything was comfortable and checked in with me if I was uncomfortable during the treatment. Katrina is so careful and gentle, amongst her many beautiful and amazing traits, she is patient and most professional. She had to take extra care for my 15y/o daughter as she has a bit of anxiety and Katrina knew how to calm and motivate her until the treatment (hair removal) was over. Katrina never failed me. I had a pretty bad ingrown hair from a different sugaring service I went to and she managed to get it out for me. Katrina is careful, attentive and amazing at her work. Her facility is always emasculate with proper infection control. Highly recommend Katrina’s sugaring!

Great! I love this place. 1. their pedicure tubs cool off super fast 2. I wish they did not start their tips at 30% it’s not that the techs don’t deserve high tips it just sets an unrealistic expectation and you feel bad if you tip lower

This was my second visit but I experienced immediate results after my first visit. I’ve struggled after pregnancy with upper and chin hair and after first treatment I had very little growth when normally after about two weeks I see quite a bit.
