Lyndsay is so professional yet makes you feel welcome the second you walk in the door. I had laser hair removal from intimate area and carbon facial. Neither were even slightly uncomfortable and I left glowing and pleased with the outcome. I look forward to further treatments with Lyndsay 🥰

Rob is the absolute best at what he does, took his time and explained the whole process which put my mind at ease as I was nervous. Barely felt the laser! 100% recommend to anyone looking to have tattoo removal done!!

The laser removal procedure was nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be. Yes it does hurt but Rob gets you through it. If you need a break you can have a break. Overall he gets it done quickly and efficiently and that blast of cold air really does the trick. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for laser removal. Rob is amazing

Lyndsay is so welcoming! She always distracts me so that I don’t focus on the laser 🤣 and I don’t tolerate pain so this is good. Would definitely recommend!

Robert @ Immaculate Complexion is handsdown the best practitioner I have received treatment from for IPL in the UK. I have spent four times the cost in some other IPL Clincs in Central London Clinics(paddington etc) and received no where near the same results or experience. I Strongly recommend visiting Rob if your considering any laser/cosmetic treatment, Another big benefit is there is no feeling of rushing to get the treatment over with AND Rob is willing to go into detail if thats your type of thing.

Rob is very informative and gives you realistic expectations. Very knowledgeable on how the laser works and the aftercare that should be considered. Thoughtful during the actual process and checks to make sure your not too uncomfortable offering breaks if and when needed. Overall good experience.
