As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely aroma, almost like oud. The sweetest receptionist checked me in, moved my mother and me to more comfortable seating, and offered us water and tea. Loulou, the warm and attentive manager, asked if we needed anything while we waited. I came for a Brazilian wax but was impressed by the five-star service even before my treatment. My technician, Rupa, was kind and informative, making the experience as painless as possible. Despite the distance from my hotel, I scheduled another visit for a full-body bath service due to the exceptional service.

This was my first time using Lifestyle and my experience with Danushka was excellent. He is a great stylist and very friendly with expertise and did a fantastic job. highly recommended. Majda and the massage therapist are great as always. I like them a lot and only because of them I visit. However, the vibes in the salon are off, you don’t feel welcomed, idk how to explain it, but you feel it. Last time I visited I sensed it, but didn’t pay attention, but this time I felt it again as well as my mom. You want to come to the salon to relax and to feel welcomed. Also I’m irritated that the receptionist try to push me with blow dry service, which I declined last time because it costed 380 aed and just asked for blow dryer, this time again. So I don’t think that I’ll visit again.

Neslihan did an amazing job on my lashes, first time a lash tech has got what I wanted accurately. I am in love with my lashes. Despite I had to wait a while, it was worth the wait and I would wait again to have the same satification of getting the lashes I want from Neslihan. Neslihan is very attentive. Grace was a fabulous nail technician and I can honestly say she gave me best manicure I’ve ever had.

The hair technician I think was Terrence addressed all my concerns and qent out of his way to find a solution to my dilemma, which is a great example of amazing customer service.
