This was my first appointment with Dora and I was so impressed so I will be sure to come back again. Dora was friendly and welcoming throughout and her salon space is spotless and very comfortable. My set of individual lash extensions are the best I’ve ever had, she took her time and has great attention to detail. Very clear aftercare instructions - I’m so pleased with my results.

I recently got my brows laminated as well as eyelash extensions by Sam. The atmosphere was very spa-like and relaxing, away from the noices of the high-street. I loved my eyebrows so much I decided to get my eyelashes done by Sam. She kindly offered me to first do a patch test and then do my eyelashes. I really appreciated that as it made me feel at ease as it was my first time. She made sure i was relaxed and took her time with every little detail. I was very pleased with her work. I have been getting compliments on both eyelashes and eyebrows all week! Best beautician in richmond!

I’ve done the Arosha Treatment with Basia and the experience is amazing! You can see and feel the difference after just one session. Barbara is very informative, approachable and professional. She is very welcoming, gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I have also done elleebana lash lift & brow lamination and still am amazed with the results! This is the third time I visit the clinic, but it’s my first review. I had masseter botox done by Vida for teeth grinding prevention, and I also had my lashes lifted (LVL lash lift) and brows laminated by Gurmeet. Both ladies are lovely and clearly explain what they are doing and why, and I’ve been very pleased with the outcomes of these procedures. I also find the prices to be reasonable compared to other clinics. Thank you, I will be back!

Excellent as always, Vida is amazing at what she does. Super professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Botox. In fact I’ve started using Mi Vida for pretty much all my treatments now, eyelash lifts, massages etc. really is nowhere better in Putney.
