I recently got my brows laminated as well as eyelash extensions by Sam. The atmosphere was very spa-like and relaxing, away from the noices of the high-street. I loved my eyebrows so much I decided to get my eyelashes done by Sam. She kindly offered me to first do a patch test and then do my eyelashes. I really appreciated that as it made me feel at ease as it was my first time. She made sure i was relaxed and took her time with every little detail. I was very pleased with her work. I have been getting compliments on both eyelashes and eyebrows all week! Best beautician in richmond!

This was my first appointment with Dora and I was so impressed so I will be sure to come back again. Dora was friendly and welcoming throughout and her salon space is spotless and very comfortable. My set of individual lash extensions are the best I’ve ever had, she took her time and has great attention to detail. Very clear aftercare instructions - I’m so pleased with my results.

SIX STARS - What an awesome experience. A beauty salon is not somewhere I typically frequent, but as I’m about to get married, my wife to be booked me in. I’ve never had any beauty treatments in my life, but the ladies at Perfect You were kind, patient and great fun. The salon is beautifully decorated hygiene is top notch. Julia gave me a fantastic Facial, back Facial, Back waxing (Ouch) followed by Mo who gave me a great manicure. Honestly, it felt fantastic and already 3 people have commented on how uncharacteristically good I look today. I’m definitely coming back!

Fantastic experience. All the women are very kind and professional. The place is very clean and all instruments are sterile. Anna has a diploma in 'foot healthcare practitioner' and has a wealth of experience. She helped ease my anxiety (caused by poor practice at a different place) with nail care and performed an excellent medical pedicure, with absolute minimal pain. She painted the nails beautifully and I'm very happy with the result. She was friendly throughout and they offer drinks. I will definitely return whenever I can and thank them all for their support.

I’ve done the Arosha Treatment with Basia and the experience is amazing! You can see and feel the difference after just one session. Barbara is very informative, approachable and professional. She is very welcoming, gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I have also done elleebana lash lift & brow lamination and still am amazed with the results! Amazing salon, I have used a few of their services in the past and I have never been disappointed. The hairdressers are beyond miracle workers with so much knowledge and skill and their masseuse Kate is also very good at what she does as well as very knowledgable, caring and helpful.
