I had a 3 day bike riding outside. Friday was 4+ hours in the saddle , with a lot of climbing, Saturday was mostly flat but still 3+ hours in the saddle and Sunday was a lighter day with 2 1/2 hours in the saddle. I would not have been able to cycle today without a massage. I had sport/deep tissue massage. My hands , feet and being in the saddle took a toll on me. For the last 3+ months I have been riding indoors only. It was this massage that allowed me to feel comfortable on my ride this morning.

The 2 massages were a gift for my parents and I must say they were delighted afterwards! Thank you!

The Massages are a wonderful experience and just this month I have had a increase in my kilometers on my hour long Zwift cycle ride and have decreased my 5K treadmill time as well.
