This marked my initial visit to the cryo shop. While I'm not well-versed in beauty establishments, I certainly sensed a warm and inviting atmosphere. Ms. Monia proved highly skilled in guiding me through my requirements and suggesting what would suit me best. Booking and payment were seamlessly handled. Revivers was good on notifications. Amy was fantastic - listening to my concerns and adjusting perfectly.

I had a 3 day bike riding outside. Friday was 4+ hours in the saddle , with a lot of climbing, Saturday was mostly flat but still 3+ hours in the saddle and Sunday was a lighter day with 2 1/2 hours in the saddle. I would not have been able to cycle today without a massage. I had sport/deep tissue massage. My hands , feet and being in the saddle took a toll on me. For the last 3+ months I have been riding indoors only. It was this massage that allowed me to feel comfortable on my ride this morning.

The 2 massages were a gift for my parents and I must say they were delighted afterwards! Thank you!

I have had a regular weekly massage since i returned from holiday around the first of August. The Massages are a wonderful experience and just this month I have had a increase in my kilometers on my hour long Zwift cycle ride and have decreased my 5K treadmill time as well. The massages have been my weekly highlight and something I plan to continue.
