Bianka is so lovely & very knowledgeable about lymphatic drainage. I enjoyed a truly relaxing experience that consisted of manual and vacuum lymphatic massage, red light therapy and cupping. I had an amazing experience at Olenza today. It was my first time going there on the recommendation of a friend. Daniela was incredible! She did full highlights, toner, cut and blow dry - THE WORKS! She understood exactly what I wanted. It was a big change for me and I am loving the transformation. The salon is fully renovated, bright and inviting. I will definitely go back!

Because I trust Donna's knowledge and expertise and appreciate that she never pushes a product or treatment, I approached her about microneedling and decided to give it a try. I just had my first treatment. Donna included time to numb my face to reduce the pinprick sensation associated with the procedure and followed the session with an LED treatment to enhance healing. She explained each step as she went and provided detailed after care info including samples of products to promote healing for the first 48 hours. My face was splotchy but 24 hours later it's only mildly pink with a few spots.

Dayana was so sweet and informative about the lymphatic drainage massage and what to expect before and after. She was very gentle and asked me if I was doing ok throughout the entire treatment. She was very knowledgeable about everything and I felt very relaxed and calm during and after the treatment was done. I immediately saw a huge difference and was very happy with my results. I will continue to go back to her for more sessions.

Roots touch up turned out great and I like how the colourist, Daniella, makes sure they ask you about your hair history etc. Wash/blow dry (although Robert was very professional) is not worth $50. I expected more of a styled look with smaller brushes, as my hair has no layers. Other salons have done this with no issues although I know layers would be best, my hair has always looked better after wash/blow dry then what I got today. I should have spoken up. The overall experience itself was great. Thank you.
