I decided to treat myself to the May spotlight offer, the “Warming Back Ritual”. Right from the start of entering the salon, all the staff were lovely. I actually treatment was performed by Lauren, who was just fantastic. She helped me relax and I came away feeling less knotted in my back and shoulders. Thank you! I would highly recommend Tweezers.

What an amazing experience! This was my first time ever trying out a treatment like this and I really can’t recommend Kacie enough. Kacie is very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable - she spoke me through the whole process, explaining every detail. Had problems parking and then getting into Skindeep due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights - clearly beyond anyone's control. Walked into an empty reception and called and waited for a good 5 minutes before going back outside and ringing the bell again. Once I was welcomed, the procedure was fully explained before treatment began. I had no previous experience of HIFU so was surprised somewhat by the sensation (sometimes unpleasant) around the jawbone. Jessica is a lovely woman, im not knocking her as she did everything she could at the time but the room wasnt as quiet as i could hear people in the other room talking really loud, eventually i was relaxed for about 15/20 mins then she said must have double booked the salon… overall lovely massage, would go back lovely location xx
