Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. First time having my legs waxed and Abbie made me feel at ease and was fabulous. I thought it would really hurt but it didn’t. Abbie always makes you feel welcome and has a great salon. Another fantastic massage at the beauty barn. I had only booked a foot and leg treatment but had some neck amd shoulder pain on the day. They were so accommodating and extended my massage to include shoulders and neck.

Really friendly and chatty but as we were talking I hadn't realised that I'd paid for full leg including bikini and the lady only waxed my legs, no bikini line so felt a bit like I'd paid for part of a service that I hadn't received and therefore was a bit disappointed and felt it was a bit expensive as a result. The service was great in salon and during treatment apart from that.

Had an absolute amazing spa day today. Hot tub to start, followed by the most relaxing leg and foot massage and facial. So relaxed I had a snooze. And to top it of a fresh and tasty afternoon tea. We'll definitely be booking again!! Thank you ladies.
