Fantastic visit to Serene again today . Best Botox I have ever had and been having Botox for over 15 years . Will never go anywhere else now as the results are fantastic . I also go to Sarah for my lip filler and all skin care . My skin has never been better . I trust Sarah with all my treatments from beauty to aesthetics. She is experienced , patient , professional , definatly a perfectionist and a lovely person . My visits are so enjoyable and I come out feeling amazing every-time . So thank full I found Serene :)

I recently discovered that pedicures are for men too and booked an appointment with Jess this morning. She provided an exceptional service, trimming the nails and cuticles, as well as removing any hard skin and calluses. I felt like I left with a brand new pair of feet and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, especially if you’ve a man and have never tried a pedicure before.

Although I’ve been coming to Sarah for many years, this was the first time for fillers. I can honestly say, as nervous as I was, Sarah put me at ease, explained everything she was going to do and reassured me through the whole experience and checking I was ok. You can tell this is a passion for Sarah and she is an artist with people’s faces! I look and feel like a different person, I feel so much more confident and I LOVE what Sarah has done. I trust her 100% to suggest the right things and the right amounts and I will 100% be going back as the fear is no long there. Thank you!!!

Sarah’s technique for lip filler is amazing. She’s amazing at what she does, she redid my lips by another practitioner as I wasn’t happy. She dissolved the old lip filler and I now have perfect lips again . Highly recommend

Have been for a second lip filler treatment today with Sarah and was so impressed with the new look Salon. Sarah made me feel so welcome and relaxed right away talking to me as she put on numbing cream. We had a few laughs as always so by the time we started the treatment I was very relaxed and lips were very numb . Sarah takes her time to make sure the end result is exactly the look I explained I wanted . I am so so happy with the results and have to say Sarah is full of passion and experience for her work . I really cannot recommend Rhiannon enough. She is so incredibly warm and welcoming. I booked in for another facial as my results last time were amazing, my skin glows for such a long time afterwards and I can really see and feel the difference in my complexion. Rhiannon takes the time to talk me through everything she does and how it will help my specific skin. I also had filler in my lips and the woman is an artist. This is my second time having filler and I’m so grateful I have found someone I can trust my face with, I was really nervous before in case anything went wrong but Rhiannon 10/10

Honestly one of the kindest and nicest women I've met! Made me immediately feel so welcome, and reassured me about the lip filler dissolving process and did allery check etc. Also went out of way to contact me before appointment to offer to answer any questions, and said when I left to contact if any others. Felt so relaxed throughout and such a giggle too! Would recommend to everyone- looking forward to coming back to get more treatments

Lovely salon, Jess was professional and friendly and I came out with the most amazing looking nails. Fully recommended.

Imogen was excellent. She was very friendly and reassuring, taking the time to answer all my questions and clearly explaining the process. Her technique during the injection was light and gentle, making my experience very comfortable.

I’m really happy with my lips now, they look amazing and Rhiannon was so lovely to me. I was quite nervous, but she talked me through everything she was doing. I thought it was going to hurt, but she was incredibly gentle and it was really quick. I’d recommend her if you’re a newbie or even if you’re not. I’ve booked in for another treatment and I’m so excited I’ve found someone I can trust my face with. ❤️

Back to see Jess again today for a full body polish & massage. As with the other treatments she has given me, I came away feeling very relaxed. She has a very professional manner for a young girl & it is this that gave me confidence in her. She would be a valued addition to any beauty salon.
