Really positive first visit, I had a lymphatic drainage massage in preparation for my holiday to try and reduce fluid retention. Catherine is very welcoming and her room is beautiful and soothing. The massage was lovely and relaxing and look forward to my next visit, thank you so much 😊

Catherine was lovely and very welcoming. Treatments are carried out in a gorgeous cozy room, is hard not to drift off to sleep. Swedish massage was great, really got to all the muscle knots. I would highly recommend going to see Catherine.

Cannot recommend Rose Holistics enough. This is not my first treatment with Catherine, but thus was the first time I've had a full body and facial lymphatic drainage. Omg, it was amazing. I literally felt like I was meditating, I could feel the bits of my body that had been aching relax. Loved the new way of being able to book online, and pay that way too, I got confirmation, a notification the day before and on the day so no excuse for me to forget an appointment. Never disappointed after a visit to Escala. Went in an Indian head massage and Sush also got a taster for the Holistic face massage. Sush used technicals I have never experienced in any other massages which as so relaxing. Who knew the face could get tensed. Left feeling stress free and relaxed. Thanks Sush
