I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. From the moment I walked into a lovely treatment area I was made to feel so relaxed. Karmen really pulled out the stops with the range of tools and massage techniques finished with a soft blow dry. Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! Maria is a highly skilled, highly intuitive massage therapist with a kind, warm and friendly manner, who delivers deep tissue massages which managed to resolve physiological issues I had been dealing with for months. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and I cannot recommend her enough. I also recently experienced the ‘2 by 4’ massage, which combined two complementary treatments delivered at same time by two therapists. It was an extraordinary massage, reiki and energy healing in tandem with acupuncture and gentle physiotherapy - I highly recommend this to everyone!!

Professional from beginning to end, right pressure level for the massage, Jen enquired before starting the massage how i was feeling so that she could tailor the massage. It was delightful, not rushed, every part of the body was caters and cared for. A wonderful experience. Will book again.
