I love this salon. I use most of the services here. Biab nails, toes, hair, facials, massages. Services are bang on! Customer service is invaluable all the girls are friendly professional and knowledgeable, I see the girls as family friends. The salon its self is warm, inviting and homely. Nature indoors just relaxing and comfortable taking me away from life and just enjoying self care ❤️

First time coming to chance, the salon is beautiful…. I had my lashes done my Hannah and I couldn’t recommend her enough…. I am really fussy with my lashes and she did an amazing job, I will be returning 🙌🙌🙌

I had a colour & blow dry at Chance’s today, I was very please with my experience there, I love my colour & how Hollie done exactly what I wanted, it’s a wonderful atmosphere there, amongst them being professional they also had the personal touch, I have to be comfortable in my surroundings which they went above and beyond, I highly recommend it there.

I had an eyebrow tint today by Emma. It's the best eyebrow tint I've had, Emma's done such a good job of them, they're perfect. She took her time, explained everything, is very professional and is such a lovely warm friendly person. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning.

Emma's treatments are amazing, as are the beautiful Tropic products used in her facials. Emma has created a lovely relaxing environment & offers a perfect balance of professionalism & friendliness. A fab "pre treatment" consultation to determine my skins needs followed by an indulging & relaxing facial with shoulder, neck, arm & hand massage. I feel positively pampered! Absolutely fantastic cut with Sarah. As someone who is anxious with haircuts, Sarah pit my anxiety at ease, checking all details with me and providing some great advice too.

Hayley did a lovely job on my nails and toes, feel proper pampered. She was very atuned to all my needs and concerns. Met a couple of the other ladies too, they're all super friendly, professional and helpful. This won't be my first visit that's for sure.
