Madoka is the best nail technician I’ve ever seen, hands down. I’ve been coming to see her for over 3 years now and am so happy I found her. She is a lovely person who goes out of her way to accommodate her clients and is meticulous with my nails. I never leave reviews (and this one is long overdue) but I could not recommend her more. My gel manicure experience with Sydney was great -- she is fun to talk to and did a lovely job on my nails. However, the online booking system did not work as it was supposed to and my appointment was changed to the West Point Grey location from the Broadway location. There were attempts to reach me but those were just minutes before the appointment. Fortunately, I was able to make the change, but I hope that will not happen again in future with the online booking system.

from setting the appointment to the atmosphere of the salon to every person I came in contact with it was a lovely connective perfect experience. I had a manicure and a pedicure. I had a paraffin wax treatment and then because I have horrible nails my pedicurist Gwen picked the perfect neutral color for a male who wants to cover up years of damaged nail beds lol. Highly recommend this salon.❤️

New owners-new look~A quick google search for ‘best nails in Vancouver’ for a last minute appointment had me walking in as a first time client at Dewy Spa/Joyide. Turns out I was their very first client after taking over this beauty salon. Even though they were still setting up when I walked in, they greeted me as if I was a long standing customer.I was made to feel special and was well taken care of immediately.Kristina did my gel manicure and I was throughly impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail.Love everything about my manicure!Will be going back and bringing friends!
