I took my aunty to BH Beauty for a manicure for her 90th birthday as she had never had a manicure before! Dominique was so welcoming, talking my aunty through everything she was going to do. Her nails have become quite brittle and she didn’t think anything could be done to fix them. How wrong she was! She was so pleased with the manicure, telling everyone what she’d had done and waving her nails at them! This is the second time Gemma has done my nails. When I went the first time, my nails were in an awful state but she made me feel very comfortable and gave me an amazing hand treatment that made such a difference immediately, as well as an IBX manicure and gel manicure on my natural nails, with lots of helpful advice to get my nails back in shape! Again today, she has given me an amazing manicure and my nails look so much better than a few weeks ago. Gemma is so warm and chatty and clearly very talented.
