Had my very first haircut with Violet today and she was superb!! I showed her some inspiration pictures of the style I wanted and she knew exactly what to do straight away and it turned out lovely ❤️ Excellent service and a very lovely lady. Will definitely be going back ☺️

This was my first time getting my hair colored, and I was quite unsure about what to choose. Saira guided me to the perfect color and gave me the confidence to go for it. She was incredibly patient and so kind, taking her time to ensure that my haircut and color turned out beautifully. Her attention to detail is amazing! Now that I've recently had a major makeover and trying extremely short haircuts, I was looking for a hair salon that would be attentive, friendly & creative. Moving into this neighbourhood quite recently has made me feel slightly anxious that I will struggle to find a stylist to hear or top my ideas. However, following positive feedback from a local resident, I think this place is the one! How lucky I am! Thank you for an overall wonderful first visit!

It’s great to speak to someone who is so passionate about what they are doing, their business, staff and ensuring the customer is really well looked after. We genuinely had a lovely time at our appointment, my young daughter joined me and it was nice and quiet in the salon so Thomas chatted through the colours book with her whilst doing my hair. I had a great haircut and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. Thomas does really detailed and precise cuts for short hair which I love. Thank you.

I went for a hair consultation for balayage and a hair cut. The hair tech explained and also suggested what would suit me well, without just agreeing to whatever I asked. This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.
