Sophia came to my rescue after an unfortunate colour experience with another hairdresser. I am not local to Exeter, as I had travelled down from Kent for my wedding and needed my colour sorted urgently and Sophia managed to fit me in at short notice. I popped into the salon to enquire if I could have a dry cut there and then. I was delighted when Madeleine said yes. I was in Exeter for a few hours and so had no experience with any salon here before. Madeleine was lovely as she listened to what I wanted and promptly did the hair trimming with occasional sprays of water. I was so pleased with my finished hair trim. The salon was very clean and comfortable. I shall definitely call in again when my hair needs attention.

I have been seeing clare for the last 11years, i have a Brazilian curly hair which its very hard to do anything when you dont understand it. But Clare did my hair at the very first time. I went in so many hairdress in Exeter and Plymouth, after years I managed to found a professional hairdress (Claire) at the nv studio. My daughters and I will be back for more hair cut. You have a special talent as a hairdresser. Holly (11 years old). Clare did a amazing cut and there was a nice view to look at while she does my hair 😍 thank you so much
