Vogue Lashes & Spa offers the best customer service! The staff is professional, kind and understanding. The spa is upscale, clean and comfortable. I have lash extensions applied by Ariana, and I cannot sing her praises loudly enough! She is meticulous in her work to give you exactly the look you want. She is truly an artist. Plus she is just such a lovely person. The cost is surprisingly less than I expected. Next time I get a fill, I’m getting a dry pedicure per Ariana’s suggestion. You won’t be disappointed!!

I get pedicures done by Anastasiya. She is professional, friendly and gentle. I usually get the regular pedicure but she recommended the Smart Dry Pedicure with Pododiscs and I really liked it. My feet are baby soft!

This was my first visit to this location of Vogue Lashes and Spa and it was the absolute best experience. The employees were all so kind, the interior is beautiful and exceptionally well cared for, the location is great, and Yana gave me the perfect manicure and pedicure. Anastasia did a great job on my pedicure. The receptionist was not aware of customer service protocols..ie. Technician was running late, I asked if 930 appt time, she says yes but I don’t know-she’s here, why are you in a rush (942a). I ask Wi-Fi PW- she sayI don’t know.I messed up my polish and asked if I could correct myself, she calls her manager to see if it’s ok and tells me manager said it was weird to ask? I didn’t want to interrupt Anastasia with correcting but could have asked to do completely over but I thought it was “weird” to tell a client this and making a fuss for $80 pedicure.

The services I received today I would rate at a 15 out of 10. Julissa did my mani and pedi with gel polish. She took her time and did both. My feet have never felt so soft after a pedicure. They greet you with a smile and and the customer service is phenomenal. They have a lifelong customer in me.

Love that the lady doing the pedicure took her time to get it right. She repainted the nails since the first color didn’t come out as good. However, I just wish I got more of a massage with the pedicure! I’m used to a little bit of a longer massage and this one was very quick. Less than 2 minutes it seemed.

I visited this salon and was absolutely delighted! The manicure and pedicure were done by the master Natalia at the highest level, the master was very attentive to detail. I especially liked the paraffin therapy - an incredibly relaxing procedure, the skin became soft and moisturized. I would like to separately note the friendly and courteous staff at the reception Victoria - from the very entrance you get a feeling of coziness and care. I will definitely come back again! I recommend it to everyone!
