Amazing as always. I never have anything bad to say because every time I go for my waxing or threading everything goes smoothly. Never had any skin issues afterwards at all. Gitu is the best and great at having conversations with so you don't feel the pain. 😜

I started going here when I moved to Burlington a couple months ago and I am so happy with the services I have received. Their treading is quick and accurate and lasts for a long time. Their waxing is done very well and I never get any ingrown hairs or irritation afterwards. Overall, I highly recommend Beauty Destination Spa!

Every precaution was taken to ensure clients safety. I felt comfortable, and Gitu makes you feel at ease during your time there. I went for a waxing (full LA) and was in and out within 20 minutes. I've been a client for quite some time and will continue to be a client.

Kash was really good, she knows what she's doing and was really nice about me being late from traffic. My only real 'complaint' if you would even call it that is that I wish the chairs were more comfortable with head rest and reclined. I know for a small business it's not always top of mind/in the budget but something to think about in the long term maybe. All in all a good experience though. My eyebrows look good so I'm happy.

I recently got my eyebrows waxed at Queen B, and I’m thrilled with the results! Alex was professional and listened to exactly how I wanted my brows shaped. The process was quick and relatively painless, and my skin wasn’t irritated afterward. I love how precise and clean the waxing was, and my brows look naturally shaped but well-defined. The salon was clean and welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for future touch-ups!

My mature light colored & sparse eyebrows needed to be shaped but I wasn't sure if threading(never done) or waxing would be best for me. My first visit here and Gitu explained the process and performed the threading and tinting. What a positive outcome! I will be back, thank you Gitu.
