One of the best masseuse I have ever gone to, hence why I always feel comfortable coming back! Always makes sure the pressure is okay, the temperature of the bed is alright, and truly focuses on the areas you want. I have gone to other massage parlors and I think they generalize the session too often. I feel like they don't acknowledge where you feel the most sore and hope giving you a massage all over will do the trick. Besides the quality Helena provides, she is just so nice to talk to! I don't feel rushed and I leave the session feeling pampered.

I’ve been seeing Helena for a few years for massage and recently tried a microneedling and massage combo appt. I absolutely loved it! My skin texture has improved, I’ve already seen scar reduction on my face in as little as two weeks, she was extremely attentive to me during the appt and after the appt with the after care.
