As always, every visit exceeds my expectations. I’ve been going there monthly since my first visit, and I’m consistently impressed with the experience and service. My nails are always well taken care of, and the quality of the nail polish, combined with the excellent service, is something I look forward to every month. Staff always polite and kind. I've been visiting the hotel salon for over 20 years and this is the best been since the new take over. I must mention Edna , not enough stars to rate this amazing lady - my nails beautiful done but the facial is just out of this world. I can honestly say it's the best facial I've ever experienced. Great service and friendly staff at the pink plastic salon! I booked a 1 hour Aromatic/Relaxing massage and had the lovely staff called Marjorie. This was one of the best massages ive ever had! It was so relaxing and the pressure was just perfect. I would definately recommend her for my next visit! My niece booked a hand massage and nail polish and she had the lovely staff Maricar. My niece absoloutely loved her nails and cannot wait to go bed. Maricar was very kind a friendly to my 8 year old niece. Noor he is the best hairdresser in all Dubai. I have today my hair done with him. He did for me amazing protein for my hair and amazing haircut I really high recommended him and the salon Aicel she did my nails she is also so lovely and she gave me nice nails.
