Very friendly and gentle, knowledgeable piercer. I was nervous but Pip put me at ease. She managed to reopen lobe piercings that I hadn't had an earring in for 15 years! As always, I had a lovely visit to Empress to see Tom today. Just a jewellery change today and am so happy with my new choice of nose ring. Tom is such a wonderful, kind person and I look forward to my visits to see him. Also a shout out to Beth and the new apprentice who were so welcoming when I arrived. I look forward to seeing you all soon for my next piercing.

I visited Empress Piercing in Cwmbrân and was taken care of by Tom. This was my second nose piercing, after a very painful/traumatic failed attempt a few years ago at a different studio. Tom immediately put me at ease with his professionalism, his friendly attitude and general 'bed-side manner'! The piercing was excellent - about 1% of the pain I felt last time, and Tom talked me through every stage. He was also very clear on aftercare instructions. I will certainly be back for more piercings, and will ask for Tom whenever he is available.

Tom was excellent. I couldn’t have the original piercing I wanted due to anatomy and was recommended an alternative and I think it looks way better. Friendly and professional staff. Would definitely recommend and I will be going back.

Absolutely fantastic. My daughter is a 19 year old autistic girl. She struggles Enormously with trust and sensory issues. She has always wanted her ears pierced since a little girl but has never been able to go threw with it . Lauri and Tom was amazing with her .She relaxed straight away and was told step by step what was going to happen. I highly recommend Empress piercing. My daughter has has been given so much confidence. Can't thank Lauri and Tom enough.

Amazing as always- I went in for a surface tragus- I don’t have enough skin so was given loads of advice and went with a double tragus piercing that just looks outstanding. Talked through the entire process by Tom ( I think) and he was just his usual brilliant self. I’d never go anywhere else for a piercing ♥️

This was my second visit to Empress Piercing in Cwmbrân - this time I took my 11 year old step daughter and were seen by Tom again. Honestly, I couldn't praise Tom's service enough - he treated my step daughter perfectly. She has a condition which Tom needed to know more about, so he spoke with her directly, and discreetly, empowering her to own the conversation and take responsibility herself. I think a lot of people would ask the parent - but I loved Tom' approach. Tom is now 100% the only piercer my family will use!
