My hair hasn't been happh for the last 6 years. I'm from Leicester, relocated to London & relocated again to Portsmouth all in 2 years. The water is very different in all the towns & along with stress, water changes, hormone changes & intollerances to two big food groups happening at the same time, my hair really has let me know it isn't happy. The ladies were really helpful, informative & explained things well. We now have a plan of action. They gave me comfort by advising me my roots & some of the length is healthier than I thought. My daughter had her hair cut and styled by Beth. She took the time to ask my daughter exactly what she wanted, spending lots of time making sure it was the style she had asked for. Very warm and friendly. We were offered hot and cold drinks and biscuits, gratefully accepted!

Very warm and friendly, offered a drink straight away, even though it was m daughter and not me having my hair cut. Salon was clean and tidy. Beth was absolutely lovely and put my daughter at ease.
