Wonderful start to the new year with a massage from Lizzy. All of my aches & pains melted away & I left feeling relaxed & ready for the rest of the day. Lizzy is so intuitive that each time the massage is different, adapting to my needs & removing any tension she finds along the way. My health & overall fitness have definitely improved since I began to have regular massages with Lizzy. Room was so toasty and warm! The staff were so nice and the massage was the best I’ve had. She really used her skills and I felt very relaxed after. Especially my back which had so much tightness. Will go back for sure ! The oil was nice smelling too.

Amazing place with amazing professionals. :) They also offer a really lovely tea at the end of the massage and biscuits. I’ve had massages with Polly, Tina and Anne, all great girls, skilled, attentive and lovely. When I first went I had a terrible back pain and Polly has worked her magic, better than any other treatments I had.

I enjoyed my head, neck and shoulder massage. At times it was slightly too deep and painful, I opted for a more relaxed treatment but wasn't 100% relaxful. Professional service, very respectful and polite. I do recommend

I previously had reflexology with Lisa to help relax and induce my overdue pregnancy and it worked as I went into labour the next day!!
