One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks Amelia - you saved me today!

WOW WOW WOW. On Friday evening I had a 90 minute Thai sports massage with Aom. It was such a brilliant massage. I explained I had plantar fasciitis and was in lots of pain with my feet and legs. She listened to my problems and dealt with them. I’ve woken up today being able to walk again and not in pain. Aom has a gift for massage and is a lovely lady as well. I highly recommend Aom and I already look forward to returning soon. Thank you.

The massage was amazing, Jaz made sure she knew what I needed before the massage and we spoke over my goals and any pains. She was comforting for my first time visiting her too and we had a nice conversation through the massage but she also gave the option to not chat so it was nice to have that option. Also nice to not feel rushed and a free bottle of water was a nice touch for after the massage! Will definitely be returning

I hadn't seen Sam for a clinical sports massage in YEARS, but it felt like only a week had passed as we caught up! Sam is the only massage therapist that can make me feel human again and I've made sure to book my next two appointments in advance! I had a pregnancy massage with Dawn. I was experiencing all the usual third trimester aches and pains, and wanted some time to relax and reset before baby arrives. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Dawn made sure that I was comfortable throughout and helped support bump with different pillows and positions. She covered my whole body, focussing on my back and hips which held a lot of the tension. When I sat down the evening after my massage, I could really feel the difference! I would highly recommend for other mums to be.
