Absolutely magical ✨ From the moment I walked through the door I felt at ease. Such beautiful welcoming energy, and such a beautiful room which makes you feel you’ve been transported to a magical place. Had the mix and match done last week, Nell is the best at any type of massages and facials, just had a pedicure too for the first time ever and absolutely loved it, can’t go a week without visiting the salon and Nell is so good with recommendations too anything she mentions I get it booked😂 she’s the best and can’t wait to book in with her again!

I feel every time I visit, Jo connects in some way with my mind, body and soul. I sometimes feel emotional (in a good way) due to the release of tension and expertise of the massage. I feel lighter and like I’ve been properly ‘looked after’. Wouldn’t ever go elsewhere- The Self Care Sanctuary is top of the league!

I had initially booked in with Emma for an Indian head massage, after I’d explained my issues she knew exactly what I needed and I changed my appointment to a back neck and shoulder massage. All I can say is wow! I had been struggling with a tension headache for a few days and Emma knew exactly where the muscle tightness was. She gave me some deep tissue work where it was needed and I left with a much lighter head. Emma I will be back, thank you so much! I highly recommend anyone with those aches and pains to get booked in. On top of this the shop is so nice and the rooms are so cosy.
