Very calm and relaxed environment. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders due to my work and the Indian head massage really sorted that out. It was so relaxing I fell asleep !

I can fully recommend Jay as a massage therapist, as someone who gets a lot of massages, I think she’s the best in Wilmslow. Jay has a calming energy, so she sets the tone from the moment you enter the premises. The would highly recommend.

I have just had my 3rd massage with Jay at Sage Massage in Wilmslow. The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. This creates a relaxed and calming atmosphere to unwind. Jay is very experienced in provided a first class massage. Jay is extremely professional and friendly and discusses what you require from the massage. I book a 90 minute Swedish Massage. I work in a job which causing tightness in my shoulders and back. Jay gets to work on the knots and by the end of the massage, I feel refreshed, relaxed with no tightness. I would 100% recommend Jay at Sage Massage for a quality massage.
