As an empath, I found that my chakras were very blocked and it was causing physical issues like sciatica. I cannot recommend that you come here for Reiki and Reflexology! Lynette was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away. I had the Weekend wind down treatment (Indian head massage/reflexology/reiki) and it was the most relaxing treatment Iv ever had! I have never fallen asleep during reflexology until today, I was so chilled out. It was my first time having reiki and it’s hard to explain the feeling except fuzzy and calm. I will definitely be back for another treatment soon! Xx
