Absolutely beautiful experience, the space Sam has created here and the services she offers are incredible. I went for the first time today after having moved to the area, had a back massage, reiki and reflexology and I will for sure become a regular! I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Just making my way through Sam's treatment list and honestly cant say what I love the most. Yesterday I visited Sam carrying the world on my shoulders, I had reflexology and natural face lift and floated out like a cloud. Sam is an all round therapist and I am so thankful she was recommended and I found her, someone i'd been looking for, for such a long time. See you in 2 weeks x

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Sam made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is the first time I have ever had reflexology and I can safely say I will be back again. Highly recommend!

I had An absolutely amazing experience, I felt so at ease with Nat , we started with consultation and Nat is so easy to talk to , I started off my treatment with breathwork and guided meditation and then a lomi Lomi facial , I could feel the tension disappearing , I had lovely reiki add on and finished with the kosha chimes , absolutely perfect and I will definitely be back for more treatments in the very near future 🩷

Sam listens to what her clients want and need, she's very understanding and walks you through and treatment your thinking about to make sure its the correct one for you. Today my treatments were reflexology and Raki. I have booked in to see Sam again next month. After my treatment I always feel refreshed and my grounded. I'm sure once you visit Sam you'll not look anywhere else. Thanks for today , I really needed it xx

Fantastic restorative reflexology session again today

I had ear reflexology and seeding for the first time last week, to help with my allergies. I noticed on the second day that my eyes and throat weren’t itchy. I removed the seeds 2 days before my next appointment and within 2hrs my eyes were watering and irritated again! Couldn’t wait for todays appointment to have them reapplied ☺️

Had an Indian head massage and Reflexology session. Treatment room was very relaxing, Sam was really nice to talk to, came away totally relaxed and refreshed. Thank you so much .
