Excellent! Laura listened to my problems and responded in a very bespoke way. She didn't promise to immediately cure me, rather she 'listened' and treated me accordingly. She left me having a lot of confidence in her and I will be having a follow up appointment very soon.

My first float today. After about 10 mins I felt my tight muscles start to relax and woke myself with a snore just before the end of my session. I didn’t expect to feel the benefits so quickly and even 4 hours later I’m still feeling much ‘lighter’ in body and mind! For someone who’s constantly stressed, has a brain that won’t switch off and has constant aches and pains, an hours float has been the only thing that’s made an all encompassing difference. I’ll definitely float again (and again… and again).

Lovely massage with Emma,I chose the hot stones this time and it really is so worth it, just that added bit of warmth is so soothing. I’ve also had massages and reflexology with Siobhan which are wonderful! I’ve used the sauna, the massager chair and had a float. Mederi is a great centre that has something for everyone all in one place. Highly recommend ☺️

What an experience! The floatation tank was absolutely amazing, I didn't know what to expect but what I got was an hour of absolute bliss! The staff were so lovely and made the experience that much better! I booked for me and my boyfriend, but I am an intensive care nurse and to say I've had a tough couple of years with the pandemic would be an understatement. For me, the floatation tank was a great way to reduce my anxiety and stress. I would recommend to everyone! Thank you Oxford floatation centre for the most peaceful hour I've had in 2 years!

I can not recommend Mederi Wellness enough. I enjoy me experience everyone I go. The staff are friending and welcoming and nothing is too much. Certainly know what they are doing and do it exceptionally. Love my monthly visit.
